    How our partner network works

Beatrice Vasey is a horticulturist based in County Durham. Some of what gardeners and developers need is specialist work she doesn't do herself, such as bat surveys, knotweed treatment or tree felling. For those jobs we introduce you to one vetted specialist who covers your property, and that business pays us a referral fee.

What happens when you ask for an introduction

    1. You send an enquiry and tick the box asking us to pass it to a specialist.
    2. Before sharing anything, we email you the name of the one specialist we're introducing you to.
    3. We pass your enquiry to that business only. We never send it to several firms or sell it on.
    4. They contact you, quote you directly and do the work. You're under no obligation to go ahead.

If you leave the box unticked, your details stay with Beatrice and she replies herself. You can also ask us at any time to stop an introduction or delete your details.

    How we're paid

The specialist pays us a referral fee for each introduction. You never pay us anything: you pay the specialist for their work, at the price they quote you. We say this on every page where we offer an introduction, so you always know.

What we ask of every partner

We check documents before a partner goes live, and we listen to the people we introduce. If something goes wrong, tell Beatrice: she'll take it up with the business, and we stop introducing partners who don't meet these standards.
